Our employees

There are many aspects to the success of our company. Most of the 2000 employees working for Hitachi Power Europe (including subsidiaries) do so in the new corporate head offices in Duisburg. And the range of competence of our staff is broad. What is obvious is that whilst most of them are technology-enthusiastic engineers, demanding and important posts are also occupied by commercial and legal people at Hitachi Power Europe. But they all have one thing in common: they are all characterised by excellent team work, potential, commitment, specialist knowledge and willingness to take decisions.

We work hand in hand
It is vital in designing and building power plants that the many and varied departments merge into a harmonious whole and cooperate in a perfectly coordinated manner. This is to ensure that the project concerned is effectively handled in every aspect.

This is why our employees are not only trained to perfection in their specialist field but, also equipped with a high degree of social competence. In the cooperation between the various domains, our employees demonstrate their communication skills and flexibility on a daily basis. It is also a matter of course for us that the employees which taken on are integrated into the teams right from the word go.
